We’re looking for a creative designer with a penchant for producing amazing experiences with new technologies, a high attention to detail and an innovative approach to help lead the effort. 

Our team is international so the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively is extremely important – as is creative expression and a deep family/community-focus. 

Experience Designers drive the exploration of new tech, pitch and design prototypes, develop clear and complete experience/game documentation and work closely with a team of talented artists and programmers to deliver great experiences.

 Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative experiences that engage and inspire
  • Develop storylines and experience flows that immerse users in client messaging
  • Create clear, concise documentation that communicate design direction and interaction patterns
  • Cultivate an innovative, high-functioning creative environment for the entire team
  • Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute and drive internal projects

Required Skills/Background:

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, glass-half-full type person.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to function in a fast-paced environment
  • 5 years in Game Design or UX position
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives

Pluses:

  • Game studio or big agency experience.
  • Shipped an AAA game or high-profile emerging tech apps.
  • Certified member of the mythic creatures scout team

The Bully Chisinau team is looking for a driven, dedicated and goal-oriented individual with HR experience in the IT industry person.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic HR plan;
  • Recruit, interview and select staff that have the right technical and personal abilities to help further the company’s mission;
  • Building a community of outsource resources that we can use in any time
  • Lead and coordinates the employee’s assessment and development programs;
  • Improve the Recruitment, Adaptational and Motivational procedures and solutions; 
  • Support the adaptation and motivation of the personnel;
  • Coach and mentor staff as appropriate to improve performance;
  • Develop, support and lead internship program;
  • Perform recruitment process in accordance with company procedures;
  • Participate in on-boarding and induction activities of the newly hired personnel;
  • Develop motivation maps, create personnel reserve etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two-years experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT company;
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in-person and through written correspondences;

As Traffic Manager/Scrum Master for the Chisinau studio, you will be responsible for providing scheduling and work-flow management of the production and development team, lead the team in a hybrid waterfall/Agile approach to scrum and work the the Project and Account Management teams to successfully complete a wide range of emerging tech projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the team in both long term and short term project scheduling and sprint planning
  • Adapt scrum methodology where need to promote a creative, high-production value and innovative work flow
  • Help the production and development team to achieve project success
  • Resolve resource and scheduling conflicts and issues that occur
  • Help Production and Development teams to achieve higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness
  • Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Account Managers to prepare and clarify the product backlog
  • Ensure that the established process is followed, including issuing invitations to daily standups, sprint reviews, sprint planning, sprint retrospective and post mortem meetings
  • Update the metrics dashboard daily

What’s needed for this role:

  • Conversational English or above 
  • Positive, proactive and energetic personality
  • Ability to work with and lead a team
  • 3-5 years prior experience on a scrum team
  • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
  • Knowledgeable in 2D/3D Production and Unity Development techniques a plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • Ability to adapt to an ever changing scheduling needs 
  • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction

Requirements:

  • C# proficiency (ideally with C/C++ background);
  • Unity proficiency, minimum 3 years experience;
  • Mobile development experience with Unity for Android/iOS;
  • Experience in developing real time applications and knowing their constraints;
  • Understanding of game-specific software patterns, data-oriented design, memory management;
  • Familiarity with git, git-lfs (from command line interface, not GUI).

Can be learned or Nice extras but not super essential:

  • Familiar with Vuforia and Unity XR;
  • Familiar with REST and systems using REST APIs;
  • Familiar with Max/Maya/etc.. for content integration;
  • Familiar with data serialization using XML, JSON, Scriptable Objects;
