Working with PwC, bully! entertainment developed an immersive, configurable HR platform for new and potential hires that offers a more engaging, empowering alternative to traditional onboarding experiences.

Developed for Oculus Quest 2 and iPad Pro, Virtual Onboarding is an emerging tech-driven experience developed to get users up to speed on an organization's brand values, onboarding tasks, and workplace through interactive and personalized content configured via backend CMS. Planned Phase 2 enhancements to the initial platform include interactive training modules, wellness activities, and gamified cooperative experiences.

PwC's Virtual Onboarding experience is a reimagined approach to employee onboarding. The platform is designed to provide a more innovative, connected and empowered experience that gives employees the tools they need for long-term success. Our goal was to showcase the juxtaposition between standard onboarding procedures and gamified onboarding experiences, highlighting how the latter can foster richer engagement, higher motivation, and a deeper understanding of company culture and processes.
